Re: “My Big Fat Greek Restaurant

It is like these people went out to a movie once upon a time and never got over it...and a bad movie it was, almost as bad as this stupid microwave fantasy land hole.

Re: “My Big Fat Greek Restaurant

Yes this place rocks!! My husband and I frequent here. Not usually loud at all, but sometimes the staff dances around all together and it is just fun. Awesome habanero hummus, gyros, and Greek salad! Very reasonably priced as well.

Re: “Thai Mint

My favorite restaurant in the springs. The food is always hot and fresh (careful, the Thai egg rolls will be blazing hot, but delicious!). So many dishes to choose from. They are all distinct in flavor and taste amazing. Very friendly staff, and previous poster Jennifer is right-we now know how to say thank you and hello in Thai! I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Wish we could eat Thai Mint for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Did I mention they are reasonably priced? Very budget-friendly, and worth the extras like dessert, appetizers, or seconds of your favorite dish to take home :) :)

Re: “Johnny's Navajo Hogan

As an Irish American I prefer Quinn's, but am really offended when Italians come in when I am drinking a Harp, and they order a Peroni...it offends my tastes and my heritage, and I demand reparations and casino rights on Monument creek.

Re: “Pho Queen

Everything at the Pho Queen is yummy! And Quyen is super nice, she remembers our usual orders every time we go in.

Re: “Johnny's Navajo Hogan

A Hogan is a traditional home style of the Navajo people pronounced hooghan in Navajo. The Navajo Hogan in the north of Colorado Springs is of this style, and thus named for it. Stop inside and you can see the original “Hogan” plus the additional “Hogan” that was added late. So Real Navajo Dale get over it because there is something Navajo about this place.

Re: “Paravicini's Italian Bistro

With every year Paravicini's declines a little more. What a joy it used to be - now it is just going through the motions.

Re: “Paravicini's Italian Bistro

Call me spoiled by New York, but I never found a meal at Paravacini's to be any better than OK. Better than the chains, but pretty mediocre by the standards of real neighborhood italian joints.

Re: “Johnny's Navajo Hogan

Dale,

We are all Americans at this point. If someone is Irish they might like the drink as much as an Indian, or a Scot or a Kraut. Take responsibility for yourself and don't blame a bunch of folks having a drink and good meal in a place that has such amazing architecture, of which you should be proud.

Re: “Johnny's Navajo Hogan

I feel sorry for you and those with the problem mentioned although this has nothing to do with this venue, being a drunk is a choice this is not the 1800"s when the Indians were exploited. Help work with your people to honor themselves, no one is forcing anyone, the word Navajo in these times is used w/o prejudice .

Re: “Three Delights Caribbean Grill

the people were rude and made me feel like they had something against Americans. I would not eat here again, not good service, room bare with no decorations, just a dry wall for their menu. I will stick to eating at the Jamaican restaurants where the food is better and they treat everyone the same.

Re: “Thai Mint

Best Thai in the Springs by far! We've tried several other Thai restaurants in town and always end up returning to Thai Mint to get our fix. The panang curry is flavorful and spicy and always consistent. If you become a regular you might end up being taught how to say thank you very much in Thai:)

Re: “Taste of India 2

Taste of India 2 is so delicious and the people are so nice there! The best customer service and the food is always so fresh! I absolutely love Taste of India!

Re: “Thai Mint

Small, friendly, reasonably priced, and unpretentious, the food at Thai Mint is excellent and flavorful. You pick the heat or order mild and every dish is cooked fresh. Thai Mint is a Thai food lover's dream on the north side of town....

Re: “Carey-On Saloon

Unfriendly atmosphere. Slow and poor service. Feels like only certain people are welcome. There was sweet 16 birthday party going on. Not recommended for a good time

Re: “Glacier Homemade Ice Cream & Gelato
