Re: “Abuelita's Mexican Bistro

Awesome food and superb service! Will be going here often, especially for lunch, being this close to Ft. Carson for us. The Carne Asada is especially tender and very flavorful! Prices are very reasonable for serving sizes. Would most certainly recommend giving this perky new restaurant a try!

Re: “Louie's Pizza

Best pizza downtown. Nothing fancy, just high quality pie for a good price. Also, best garlic cheese bread on planet earth.

Re: “Bernie's Place

They bullied a bartender who been there for over 15 years for filing a complaint with the State of Colorado over employment practices. The owner was to have said the bartender was "too old". The State said the bar did in fact engage in retaliation which is illegal after someone files a complaint. The bartender was bullied then fired after 6 months for a bogus "infraction".
Avoid this place unless you support discrimination in employment. Bernie would never have stood for that behavior but he passed away and his ex-wife took over. She is none too bright obviously.

Re: “Colorado Coffee Merchants

I having bought my espresso beans from Eric and his staff for years. The coffee is extremely fresh, typically roasted with days of purchase. It produce sweet, complex espresso with loads of crema. The staff are consistently welcoming and pleasant.they also make delicious drinks for in-house consumption.

Keep your chops up, get your yaya's out, enjoy the fun people that come out for the party, network with some great players, have a great meal....just have fun! This is THE jam for WEDs here in the Springs. Come out and get some on ya! :-)

Re: “Kairos Coffee and Tea

Rek Lee What evidence do have to prove "homeless" and "drug addict"? I could say that about you right here very easily, may be true, may be false, who knows? And what did you do when told you were not welcome? Anything? Or just post this comment?

Re: “AARP Office

A lady named Marsha had a rude, curt, and condescending tone. She was not clear in her communication when I asked simple questions about what was offered as if she didn't want to be bothered. It's a shame that bullies are allowed to be in a service position especially for those of us 50+. What a horrible lady.

Re: “Organica Herb & Tea Co.

This place is AMAZING!! I love this place it has soooo much natural stuff. It's a cute place with so many nutural remedies that I can't wait to go back and try more stuff. I have tried some of the teas and powders and have also gained a deeper knowledge from their kind staff. They have a cute patio with a pond outside to eat your lunch, sit and relax. I wish there were more places just like this one because this place is such a gem. Thank you guys for your knowledge and love of helping people with natural remedies and all things natural! :)

Re: “The Healing Canna

This is the best store in town. Very professional. I was treated with respect and dignity. It is amazing how welcome I felt. My ailment is not one that you can see, so I am glad that I was treated with courtesy and not like a drug using burnout. I also really like the fact that the staff is very honest and listens to my needs. They don't operate under a one size fits all mantra, it feels very tailor made. If they don't know the answer they don't make something up. They simply say, "I'm not sure" or they ask someone else. That to me is the epitome of kind, compassionate care. I am proud and grateful to have them as my caregiver. This is what Cannabis is about! I highly recommend this store!!
