One star, spent $58 last night on old chicken and beef in the dinner combos. And I got to wait nearly 45 minutes to get it, which makes no sense since the meats were obviously leftover and required no prep The only thing edible was the sushi. The dog enjoyed the tough meat jerky and the white rice. Plus, why do we have to pay the same price as a sit down meal? We don't get the soup or the cucumber salad at takeout, a small thing but another gripe.
The employees are very sweet and knowledgeable and they do have a few items that unfortunately other stores do not. However, a large percentage have been there for years (the bolt ends are dated) and the owner is completely condescending and degrading to both customers and employees. He also saves an uncomfortable amount of personal information for who knows what..... A fabric store should be warm friendly and creative and while I prefer to support local businesses, his is one I will not!!!!!
i called the venue they said blood on the dance floor is not playing all i know is for this tour is they are playing only in denver and tickets are only 15$
This article is wrong, and no research was done. The Independent is brown nosing an advertiser. The above review has to be a fluke. I'm disappointed the Independent would tout them as reliable, without doing any research (just google "Denver, news, hidden camera, Aspen auto clinic". We've taken cars there twice, and both times were a scam. One time they stripped our oil pan screw and then tried to say it was like that. It never leaked until after that point. They wanted to charges us around 250$ for a new oil pan, and another mechanic re-threaded the hole for 120$. They caused it. Another issue, they wanted 800$ to replace the radiator, actual cost 420$. Another issue, we told them something was wrong with the right front axle joint, they agreed, wanted to fix it. Never was an issue, 3 mechanics have all cleared it since. This is a bad business. Beware, do some homework..
The best I ever went to,for the employees are fast and very friendly. The walk you through each step to guarantee you are happy with your choice.

I LOVE this place, but got some sad news! Last night when I went to order Borriello Brothers online, I found that they have closed the Fillmore/Centennial Store (I live near Fillmore & Chestnut). I feel really bad for those who pretty much anyone in the 80919 zip because now they will have no access to some of the best pizza ever! I used to work for the F/C location, and 80919 was one of the largest delivery areas. Since I am S of GoG and W of I-25, my pizza now comes from the 8th St store, which is fine, but F/C was just so much more convenient! I love my BB pizza, and I can only hope they are just moving the F/C store to another location, instead of losing a huge delivery area! Some of my best tippers were the folk in 80919!
This is the best Japanese restaurant in town! The sushi was very fresh and the Udon Noodles are perfect! Especially now with this cool weather!
Maggies in Manitou sort of gives you the feeling like you are waiting to be called for the results of your VD test.
The whole place feels like a shameful place where you are doing something shameful. BLECHH.All sort of lot lizards just outside too. There is a new rec shop in Manitou that is DA BOMB- GO there.They looked at everything Maggies was doing and DID THE OPPOSITE!

Reminds me of being arrested, the people in the sales room or pushy rude and came across as all they cared about was getting your money pushing you out the door. My brother was here from out of state and I wanted him to see what it was like going to a medical marijuana shop. I found myself afterwards telling him this is nothing nothing like any of the other shops I have ever went to. I will never walk through that door again or any other Maggies farms !

This place is okay if they could keep their best strains in stock more frequently.The girls are way more knowledgeable than the guys- they really need alot more training to make sure they are giving the right medical advice to the patients. Top Employee= DONNA!!! Ask for her-she really wants to make sure you leave with the right medicine.

This delightful little neighborhood cafe and coffee house has changed ownership in the last two years and deserves a fair shot at a new start! We have been there at least three times and have enjoyed each visit. The owner is a very pleasant woman and her staff is kind, efficient, helpful and very adept at making your time there pleasant and memorable.
Please treat yourself and give them a try! It is very enjoyable and relaxing.
The selection is wonderful, the yarn is everything from fine to bulky, acrylic to mohair, the store smells like a mildew basement but I can even call that character...
But the help, has much to be desired. I've been here a few times and every time it has been rude, seemed more worried about their precious stash than running a business, and after my last experience I decided I would happily pay a little more for the same thing for a smile and a respectful employee who was willing to help me.
I picked out several skeins of alpaca yarn, went to pay and their machine was not reading my card (I had used it not 5 minutes earlier to get gas and lunch) and I suggested typing in the number. She glared at me and said no that charges me when your card comes back declined and I'm guessing it will having this many problems reading it and then I'm out 2$. She then proceeded to tell me where an ATM is and how I need to go get cash and bring it back to purchase because she doesn't have time to play games with my card. (I've had this happen twice out of the 4 times I decided to grin and bear the help. First time I obliged and went and got cash not having time to go somewhere else)
This last time I said thanks but I will take my business elsewhere or order my yarn needs off line.
Sometimes it's worth it to put your customers first knowing you will reap the rewards of a returning happy customer. Good customer service reaping positive Word of mouth is key to growing mom and pop shops these days especially when there's "mega buy it all here stores" for everything on every other corner.

Great place to shop, unique items, good prices, nice people, vendors and customers, come back and find something different every time. Great way to spend a day, or two.
