P.F. Chang's restaurant in Colorado Springs used to be great in service, atmosphere, and food but it's going downhill fast. It's has always been a bit pricey compared to other Chinese restaurants. The food is now WAY over salted/seasoned with smaller portions at a higher price too! The service is now sub-par at best and if need anything more than one drink refill or your check good-luck in getting service. And lastly, the atmosphere is now a trendy stuck-up upper-middle class snobs hang-out...too bad! And yes, if you're looking for an authentic Chinese meal then P.F. Chang's is NOT the place to go!
I agree, even with the new ownership and remodeling, it all looked and tasted worse. No wonder why they closed it down.
We arrived just before 6 am on Friday; there appeared to be just a single employee, who not only opened the door ten minutes late, she proceeded to seat just the first group of diners before disappearing into the back. No eye contact, no "I'll be right with you," nothing but silent contempt. Since she made it clear, on behalf of her business, that iHop cares nothing for our business, we left and won't ever go back.
We tried Jun several times. The food was OK, not great, and the service was horrific. Go to Ai, just down the road. Better food, nice people.
This place is unclean, the food undercooked, the preparation uneven (meaning the ingredients are not appropriately spread around the crust...the sauce is simply ketchup from a squirt bottle, and the help has never held a job before and will probably turn over before the week is out.
You need to go there when you are not hungry just to watch how awful the wait staff is...carry out has its own set of waits involved.
Jun needs to take care of this because it is hurting his business...we often think about going there, and then decide we don't want to be frustrated and have our evening upset by incompetence and insolence.
What a horrible experience. We came for Sushi after a fun day at the pool with our friends. Our friends had an 8 month old child with them and it was like we were putting them out by having her with us. We were seated and completely ignored. We waited 20 minutes for water!! I finally had to get up and ask the hostess for someone to come to our table to take our drink order, after that it was another ten minutes before someone finally came. When we finally were able to place our order, it was like we were asking too many questions and annoying the waitress. It was another 25 minute wait for our food to arrive and the order was incomplete. We had also asked for some hot water so that we could make the baby a bottle and our waitress completely forgot about it! And it is not like we ordered the least expensive things on the menu, in fact two of us ordered the most expensive meals they offer. Our money spends the same regardless of whether we have a child with us or not. The little girl was an angle throughout the entire, nearly 2 hour, ordeal and did not cause any disruptions or annoyances to other customers. It was as bad a performance as I have ever seen at a restaurant and I would caution to stay away!!!

I will have to agree with Dave. Not sure what's up with this place?? It is obviously ran by an amatuer with no clue of how to run a restaurant. The interior decor looks like a teenager's bed room, the service was horrible and the attitude of the waiter was even worse. The food was okay but far from great and I have to say I have had better margaritas from a bucket. To be honest this could be the worst dinning experience we have ever had.

I just read the review about it taking 25 mins for a calzone. Wow, I would have been overjoyed if it only took 25 mins. More like an hour!! Pizza was so so. Service was horrible and the place was a mess. $36 for crappy food. Do yourself a favor and don't go.
Ever since ownership changed, this place has been awful. The food and drinks are over priced and not to mention my wife got sick from the dessert. If you're really looking for a good sports bar to go to before the Sox game, go to Holy Cow, they're food is hotter, beer is colder and staff is prettier!
I purchased a groupon for this restaurant and went in the middle of the week at about 7 pm with my child and husband. It took almost 18 minutes to seat us even though we were the only ones standing there, 27 minutes to get us a menu, we had to waive somone down to take our drink orders, wave someone down again to take our food orders after waiting so long.... I was timing all of this as it really got ridiculous. The food was cold when we got it, was okay but curry out of a can at home would have been better, and the bell pepper in the curry still had the store sticker on it, cooked in with the curry. We left at 9 pm when they closed, which the meal should have taken 45 minutes at most. I would have left, had I not bought the groupon already. I have never not given a tip before, this was the first time I didn't give a tip :(
Went to Nosh the other day...and it is really hard now to get a glass of water...what is that about?
Just mentioned this to a friend who immediately regaled me with tales of rude treatment and whacko bad beer...the verdict is in.
Had to wait over an hour for food and they only brought 2 of 6 dishes. Musician was singing right next to us and too loud. No breadsticks. Miserable to wait for food and then to not have it all come out. The woman in the kitchen was yelling at her staff. This place should be on Kitchen Nightmares. Just choose wisely and go somewhere else. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!
This place is awful! Awful food, service, and the prices are way to high in comparision to the food portions. I ordered the fried catfish and shrimp I got half a piece of soggy catfish and six shrimp that were extremely overcooked. My fiance ordered the boudin link w/ french fries his food was cold The waiter had an attitude when my fiance told him his link was cold The waiter took the link back to the kitchen then emerged back to our table 15 minutes later with the same old link. I asked the waiter did hush puppies come with my meal he shrugged his shoulders then came back to our table with a small bowl full of cold hush puppies by this time we were so over the whole nawlins experience and asked to speak with a manager. We were told there wasn't a manager and there was no one we could speak with concerning the poor service we received, really! We were laughed at by the staff and treated as though we'd done something wrong. Bottom line I will NEVER patrionize this establishment again!
These guys really would rather you go for breakfast to the place next door on Tejon street so they can sit our front and smoke.
The food is awful and certain things go off the menu, like hash browns, at lunch because it is too much trouble to cook on the grill with lots of pending orders.
Bought $40 in gift cards for them 2 years back when they had the powers location (which closed shortly after due to tax fraud). I went to the downtown location to use my gift cards and they tell me they are not the same restaurant. The back of the card clearly states the downtown address for use. Then they tell me it's because they devalued the cards due to not using them. I feel completely ripped off. Don't buy gift cards!!!
