A challenging place to commune with nature, both flora and fauna abound. The hills are a bit tough now that I have a severe enough ankle injury. Concern for my ability to navigate the mountainous scenery and habitats make me nervous about going so far this year, but I WILL GO! SOON! I hope to get a season ticket. I can't wait to see all the beautiful and well-cared for beasties! And some of them are wearing clothes!! ;-P Great place for people watching as well as animal peeping.
Fast FUD! Cheap Coffee (Organo Gold). No Dessert! Focaccia on pannini tasted like cardboard. You do get a bag of chips and a pickle probably from Sam's Club or Cosco. Make sure you stop in the restroom first for paper towels...napkins are like tissue paper. Overpriced! Never Again!
Re: “Business of Art Center”
Local artists gravitate here. There are art studios for rent, thus working artists who can be observed, or you may choose to be one of them. Community-oriented, as the name suggests, there are meetings, shows, and a bookstore "The Black Cat" making it a friendly place to be.
