Something must be seriously wrong with this concept and the outrageous franchise fees that this clown wants. I went to an information session in November 2013 in Las Vegas. A lot of people, including myself expressed interest. Meanwhile, none of the stores ever made it here. I tried the little sample that the CEO gave us and I was not that impressed. I am now reading Yelp reviews showing a lot of stores closed up. The CEO made his quick cash from the franchisees who chose to invest and he is sitting pretty.
Good cocktail menu, but poor,slow service, music was way too loud.

Last year I took my penpal from England there, and it was good and not too expensive. Now, I doubt my husband and I will be able to go there to eat. Bummer, because I loved the atmosphere there.

Don't ever eat a meal served on something that doesn't go in a dishwasher - as you can be sure that it was never thoroughly cleaned after use by the previous 100 customers.

At least when the Craftwood closed and left me unemployed I got a text message and they closed because they ran out of money.
You should have gone for their Happy Hour. From 2pm-6pm and 9pm-Close, they have a large majority of their bar menu available for 50% off, and drinks are also discounted by half as well. I can have two beers (Ballast Point Sculpin) and a Steak & Frites for under $20 with tip. Heck of a deal.
VORE's grilled cheese--the Mastery and the Peruvian--are delicious!! Love the fries too!
I used to eat breakfast at the Old Dutch Mill after graveyard shifts, once a week. Since it was MY "Friday Night", I'd kick back a Shock Top or two, as soon as they started serving at 7am. I was just looking the bar up, as I may try to visit The Springs, soon. I was a bit sad, but also very excited, to find this article. The food at The Old Dutch Mill was PHENOMENAL... it was ABSOLUTELY the BEST dive-bar food I have encountered in over 4 decades on this planet. If she's gone into fine-dining, I have no doubt it's amazing.
