Anarchist punks hijack every peaceful protest and help the fascist PR campaign against reason and truth.
The entire world is a free speech zone, but you have to MAKE it so and defend it every day because the fascist powers hate thought and reason and truth.
There is a simple, non-violent tactic that works well in such situations. Instead of dressing in black and trying to block the entrance, dress casually and show up early to get a seat in the auditorium. Wait patiently for the program to begin. When the fascist walks up to the podium and opens his mouth, we rise to our feet, hollering anti-fascist slogans at the top of our lungs, and walk out on him.
Thanks so much for the information provided! I must say that being a cadet in Air Force Academy is really hard and the educational process is very complicated. However, such an education is very interesting and it opens great career opportunities so I think that sending your child there is a smart decision. At the same time I would recommend Air Force Graduates to check http://topresumeswriters.com/military-resume-writers-review.html and to learn more about their career perspectives. Good luck!
If these charter schools don't have to follow the same laws or achieve the same standards as a public school, they don't deserve the same funding. They are putting up a smoke screen hiding the real problem: charter schools can teach what they want, even if it goes against accepted science and history.
I'm trying to Pay someone as well. I'm a full time student and I have a job. I have to complete 80 hrs and its either quit school, my job, or go to jail.
those pesky parents showing their preferences AGAIN

a fine of $500? My god - this city can't take a step in the right direction without two in the wrong.
The people standing on the medians on Powers Blvd are insane.
Common sense , not the First Amendment , says these medians are hazardous .....
"Nationally, trends show more people want to live and work in an urban environment. With our cost of living and proximity to the outdoors, Downtown Colorado Springs is perfectly poised for this growth."
Except Colorado Springs isn't very urban, so stating that it is 'perfectly poised', is a bit of a stretch.
What does the governor or a police officer know about brain disorders, medications and diagnosing a patient? Anyone who self-medicates can wind up in prison very easily except the law calls it "drug abuse". The agency that runs the medical industry is not made up of physicians but rather DEA agents. Every doctor that writes prescriptions to patients must pay a yearly fee to the DEA for a permit. Many cannot get medications because doctors are in fear of the DEA. In fact most people in this country fear law enforcement and the court system and that is not a healthy situation but the War on Drugs must continue. We must not have negative thoughts either the story states and it has been stated over and over since the 1970's self-help book craze. That it is completely wrong is something quack therapists and hippie mystics cannot admit.
Also there is no such thing as "mental illness". Where or what is your mental? How does it become ill???
The governor is trying to avert attention away from the continuous sub-standard treatment of inmates and especially now with the Fremont County Sheriff's blatant disregard for prisoners and the private for-profit company that enables abuse at his jail. Now that an inmate who could not make bail, was not convicted of any crime yet was imprisoned then denied his medication ( Klonopin) and ended up dead. The private company stated the jail is a "narcotic free zone". Klonopin is for anxiety is not a narcotic it is a benzodiazepine. But to supply an inmate with anything is a profit loss. Stopping any benzodiazepine causes withdrawals and apparently as with the deceased inmate it also causes contusions and numerous broken ribs. The Sheriff did not order an investigation of the death and now the Federal government is taking it to trial and likely the sheriff will become an inmate.
This is all stemming from the amateurish antics of the untrained spewing out their ignorance of medicine. Right here we were told how anxiety is "cured" by "no more negative thoughts" and painting pictures! How dare you print such rubbish! Talk about stigmatizing something! How about focusing on your readership which is the left and their anger issues and their being in denial? Which by the way, anger is a normal human emotion and how it has become almost a crime can be traced right back to the "for profit = kickback" court system which touts itself as the best in the world-sentencing people to bogus anger management classes. Again utter claptrap but people are believing it because it is repeated often enough.
Try researching before writing and if not then write about sidewalks or write how to write about sidewalks. Or perhaps take a lesson from Hazelhurst who can write about anything as long as it involves mentioning his house on the West Side. He might write as though his brain is abnormal but his diagnosis no doubt will be alcoholism, a.k.a. "self-medicating". Oh yeah, it is okay to be negative about Doug Bruce for decades right?
I have a son who moved here from another state with his 3 children and is living with me in my 1 bedroom apartment and has not been able to find affordable housing. He gets food stamps and $500 from ADF, if anyone has suggestions please call 719-400-3414.
Of course it all got voted down. They use the money to pay attorneys to attack innocent people and threaten them with harassment so they won't ask anymore question.
I have a FERPA investigation ongoing against d11. D11 is a joke when it comes to student privacy and student safety. When there is a real problem they stick their heads in the sand and hope it will just go away.
D-11 talks a good talk on student privacy but fails in the execution of actually doing it.
I am sorry to see another great city employee pushed out. Speaking of Fleet Management, they are now in year 4 with Serco has the City been saving any money?
Not a surprise. I worked there for 5 years as lead ombudsman. I told Rob MacDonald that a current supervisor told me "I wasn't as smart as a man" and gave me a bad review and denied a raise, after 5 years of incredible reviews. Rob did nothing and I had to contact lawyers for what i deemed sexism. The Administration here is awful.
can I just pay and not have to do the CS? the case is 10 years old and I work full time
I'm confused, as per the article, "The law also boosted the base minimum wage for waiters who must make at least minimum wage when tips are factored in from $5.29 to $6.28 an hour."
But Kanatzar says "he already pays much of his staff more than the minimum, and while waiters are generally paid the minimum, when tips are factored in they're his "highest-paid employees."" So....it sounds like this shouldn't impact him at all if his waiters are already making $6.28 or more with tips.
"Since he now has to pay waiters more, Kanatzar says, he won't be able to boost the pay of his kitchen staff as much." - Why would he have to pay them more if they are his "highest-paid employees" already with tips.
Did I miss something here?
