Avid Pats fans here - enjoyed your article, but don't forget; a Rams rout was what they said about the Pats when we won by a field goal in SB XXXVI. Patriots and their fans are NOT taking this game lightly, because the shoe has been on the other foot more than once. Go Pats!!!!
Dear Sir: You have soundly hit the nail on the head! Go PATS!!! See you in AZ!!
at bit harsh on hawkins...are you aware that macartney and crowder had losing seasons their first three....give hawk a chance, he is doing a great job and does have a grip on the program.
Landis's guilt "proven"? Hardly. The case is still in the appeal process and even the two arbitrators who judged Landis guilty in the first go around noted the sloppy work of the testing laboratory. Proof requires better standards than were used in this case.
That was one of the best pieces of sportswriting I've ever read. You have correctly identified the core of the Broncos claim to future NFL greatness, and that future, which we saw displayed in last week's victory over the "Stillers," will be the next big story on Tuesday morning as the Cheese-Packers stagger home under the ill affects of a little "Mile High Magic." The D-Line of the future! The next #1 QB in the NFL! Javon, Brandon, Rod, Brandon, Graham, Scheffler, too much talent to fathom... The Denver Broncos Running Game...the Backs, the O-Line, the SYSTEM... The coaching.... Good luck to the Rockies from this Tigers fan living in the heart of Red Sox Nation.... GO BRONCOS! GO KENNEDY COMMANDERS!
Re: “Hoping the boycott bomb doesn't explode”
This is yet another biased article lambasting the Chinese for everything under the sun. Missing from this opinion piece is acknowledgment that the latst in Tibetan violence was started by Tibetan extremists, as attested to by journalist and eyewitness James Miles in a CNN interview in early march. Also missing the fact that the torch went through most Asian countries and Australia without major incident. In fact, Australian officials consider the torch run a major succeess.
