had breakfast in woodland park yesterday. a firefighter, he made sure all around him knew this, stated the fire was started as a controlled burn. has the loopy one's arson squad been busy?

glad to hear that they are starting to get the fire under control. so sad to see how many families are impacted by this tragedy. my thoughts and prayers go out to all those with loss of homes, possessions, and even those that have lost loved ones.

A beehive is a superorganism - on par with a mammal. So to most beekeepers, losing a hive is on par to losing a dog or a horse would be to most people. I can't imagine losing 35.
And haven't you heard how the honeybees are dying? Those 35 hives mean precious genetics are lost. Forever. At least a house can be rebuilt. The world isn't getting those 35 queen's genetics back.
We as a society need to start appreciating bees more.

Note the conspicuous absence of kudos in the Federal Narrative to the Mayor and Fire Chief. Reason? Both were completely negligent, were clueless about the Incident Command System, and should be removed from the positions they occupy.

Mark is one of the hardest working Representatives that I have met lately; having met 4 in the last year and asking them all about their agenda's (ok, maybe 5) and he is all business and trying to best represent the wishes of the God-fearing people of this state to perpetuate and increase the goodwill of the people.
