Re: “Mary Fahl on October Project, Anne Rice, and sending Blind Willie Johnson into space

A really incredible voice, deserves a lot more recognition. If you get the chance to see her, go. You won't be disappointed.

Re: “Shine on brightly

I had the great good fortune to hear ItsaRealLight speak at the "We are Women" gathering. What a talented woman she was and a real inspiration, too. I am so sorry to hear of her passing but she leaves the world a better place simply because she was here and shared her gifts.

Re: “Shine on brightly

I haven't cried, i couldn't cry until I read this....i love you sis. Long talks over the phone sharing your emotional pain with me while I endured my own in the sorrowful hills of Pennsylvania. I heard you, you felt me a sisterhood as I watched you grow from Natasha Spence to ItsRealLight, from silly sleep overs to stages and bright lights. Peace Love and Light my friend...you will sing again on that great getting up morning. Who could ever forget........

Re: “Inside Brian Wilson

Thanks Darian Sahanaja! I watched the documentary showing your total involvement and encouragement in getting Brian to finally complete, produce and bring Smile to the world. You are very dedicated and obviously a close friend.

I can't believe that I will be able to shake his hand in a couple weeks and thank him for all his music and his story has done for my life.

Re: “Inside Brian Wilson

The late Terry Melcher may have summed up best when observing that if Brian Wilson had lived in the 1700's, he'd have been revered as one of the greatest musical geniuses that ever lived. Unfortunately, he existed in our disposable era when stardom is fleeting and celebrity is acknowledged with little or no thought.

Re: “Inside Brian Wilson

There will NEVER be enough that can be said bout Brian Wilson. Calling him the greatest is even an understatement. Brilliant beyond any recognition, his music on a level thats ingrained permanently and infinitely.

Re: “Born under a bad sign

It would have been nice to show a newer "clean and sober" video and photo instead of using ones from his destructive days. That would have been more appropriate considering the slant of the article.
