Re: “CannaBiz: Impacts of an Amendment 64 win

>>GoGreen, you are a coward?

Now that is real funny. In this business, every day we go to work, help a patient, open our doors, or plant a clone - we risk all our civil and commercial assets. Why don’t you join us? Afraid?

>>Liar?

Wow, you sound angry. Whatever happened to free speech? :)

Cowards run. I'm right here. Every day. And will defend A20.

Disagree? That's cool. But name calling? What is this, 2nd grade debate class? Elevate the debate - don't degenerate.

Sticks and stones, my friend. Peace be with you.

Re: “CannaBiz: Impacts of an Amendment 64 win

>You are such a liar.

You still sound angry? Take a breath of free speech. It may help.

Name calling is silly and only weakens any point you may have.

>You are spamming the hell out of these boards.

It's called comments. It's free speech. Indeed, the more you comment - the more I will too. Let's play. :)

>The MMJ centers will be forced to lower their prices when the public option is open.

You call me a liar? : ) The price for marijuana in Colorado is the lowest in the nation. Since 2009 the price has dropped from $400-$500 an oz. to as low as $150 in 2012.

>Everyone wins with A64 except those profiting from the black market.

Black market? My friend, we are SO far from the black market.

A64 is a great idea in a perfect world. The world is far from perfect.

Be wary of what you wish for. A20 is a proven benefit to over 100,000 MMJ patients, hundreds of small businesses and thousand of local employees.

But hey, click 'dislike' it's your right.

>>I nailed it about the MMJ businesses being asked to move. MMJ centers are not being shut down in CO (like you continue to scream about), they are being told to move away from schools.

Hm..? Did you? Really?

See a pattern here anyone? It's not lies, it's the FEDS.

In 2010, more than 200 MMJ companies were in Boulder, CO.

Today Boulder has just 26 dispensaries and 32 grow operations still operating in the city.

"A strict approach to background checks weeded out many of those initial applicants, forcing them to shutter or abandon plans to open. But closures continue in Boulder; as recently as March, there were 32 active wellness center licenses in the city. " by Denver Post

GoGreen, you are a coward, and a liar. I nailed it about the MMJ businesses being asked to move. MMJ centers are not being shut down in CO (like you continue to scream about), they are being told to move away from schools. You are such a liar. You are lying to patients to defend profits and spread paranoia and irrational fear. You are spamming the hell out of these boards. Patients win with A64. The MMJ centers will be forced to lower their prices when the public option is open. Everyone wins with A64 except those profiting from the black market.
I seriously doubt many people are reading this exchange. When you post, then give yourself 5 ´up´ votes with different computers each time you visit, it looks silly.

Voting yes on A64 is the moral thing to do. A64 does NOT affect A20.

"The medical marijuana issue is rife with Ninth and Tenth Amendment issues." says, Jeff Cox.

"The crux of the issue is not whether marijuana is good or bad."

"The issue is whether those decisions should be made by the residents of a state or by the federal government."

"As things stand, the FEDS have the law and Supreme Court decisions on their side."

A64 could be the match that lights the bonfire and end Colorado's experiment with marijuana rights. In federal courts, the FEDS win.

Be careful what you wish for. Got a match?

Re: “CannaBiz: Impacts of an Amendment 64 win

>>A64 will benefit us all.

A64 does not make marijuana legal. In a perfect world, it would be legal.

However, if anyone is high enough to think that the FEDS and SOTUS is on our side, well ignorance is bliss.

>profiteers in MMJ, who currently hold the monopoly on legal marijuana.

Monopoly? There are over 800 centers in Colorado all independently owned. You may want to get out a Webster’s next time you try to use big words.

Profiteers? In the last 3 years, patients, caregivers and centers have created America's most respected marijuana industry in the history of our great nation.

The price of marijuana has dropped from $500 an oz in 2009 - to as low as $150 today.

Colorado patients, caregivers and centers are revolutionaries.

Amendment 20 is the envy of the nation and is crucial to the lives of patients, caregivers and centers.

>A64 does NOT affect A20. Patients have the most to gain.

A64 is a gun pointed at the heart of Amendment 20 and patients' rights.
A4 does nothing but provoke the FEDS and SOTUS to end all marijuana - A64 and A20, may just go 'up in smoke.'

Recent court ruling suggest that if Amendment 20 gets to the Supreme Court, it may not stand a chance:
www.denverpost.com/news/marijuana/ci_21340

>The dispensaries in Boulder are being told to move away from schools. Those businesses are free to move to a different location.

You are so funny (and sad.) Have you ever tried to move a center? Plants, power, equipment, find a lease, terminate a lease, get new insurance, etc.

The cost to move is often in the 5 to 6 figures, silly. But hey, why don't you give them some money and help them out?

>It is hardly a government crackdown.

Wow, the more you say the more your arrogance is revealed - or is it ignorance. Still got your Webster’s? Look it up.

>You are advocating for the continuation of prohibition

We don't have prohibition, silly. We have Amendment 20.

Protect Amendment 20, caregivers, growers, patients and centers.

Re: “CannaBiz: A concert for 64

>Wow. KC Stark aka GoGreenCross. I thought you left of town? My bad.

Wow, you should take more time away from your bong and come up for air, Cap. What have I been up to? Glad you asked.

1. In the last 6 months, we’ve been working with a local scientist and patients to document and develop cannabis oils that may cure for cancer and ease MS symptoms.
2. Started a defense fund to protect caregivers, patients and centers from prosecution.

What have you been up to? Oh, right, take another bong hit and call me in the morning.

>To be clear and honest you should (blah, blah, blah)...

Hey, Sherlock, each comment is tied to my business - I have nothing to hide.

I could create a fake name, say Capt O'Malley, but that would be cowardly, wouldn't it?

Clear and honest? You're funny. I speak with cancer patients and other in dire need of medical marijuana almost every day.

I am proud to work, support, and protect Amendment 20.
I am proud to work and support hundreds of centers and 1,000's of patients.
I am proud of Colorado, Amendment 20, the 16,000 Colorado Caregivers.
I am proud to support a local industry that employs thousands of locals.

FYI: silly, Cap. My investments go way beyond your mind. Do you think I'm not prepared for a64 win or lose? You crack me up. : ))

The more you assume - the less you seem to know. Keep the jokes coming - each time you do it just gives me one more link to share with the world.

Wow. KC Stark aka GoGreenCross. I thought you left of town? My bad.

To be clear and honest you should mention that you have a vested financial interest in Amendment 64 NOT passing. After all, your business, that of being a middle man between patients and doctors, would no longer be needed.
