State sheriffs enforcing federal law is not as cut and dried as either side is making it out to be. Sheriffs do indeed enforce federal laws except in cases where the federal government has sole jurisdiction.
Corrupt Law Enforcement Officials who prefer to ruin peoples lives over Marijuana possession rather than solve real crimes who fund their departments toys and salaries with monies acquired through Marijuana home raids, seizures and forfeitures, - Your Days Are Numbered. Find new careers before you don't have one.
Fear of Marijuana Legalization Nationwide is unfounded. Not based on any science or fact whatsoever. So please prohibitionists, we beg you to give your scare tactics, "Conspiracy Theories" and "Doomsday Scenarios" over the inevitable Legalization of Marijuana Nationwide a rest. Nobody is buying them anymore these days. Okay?
Furthermore, if all prohibitionists get when they look into that nice, big and shiny, crystal ball of theirs, while wondering about the future of marijuana legalization, is horror, doom, and despair, well then I suggest they return that thing as quickly as possible and reclaim the money they shelled out for it, since it's obviously defective.
The prohibition of marijuana has not decreased the supply nor the demand for marijuana at all. Not one single iota, and it never will. Just a huge and complete waste of our tax dollars to continue criminalizing citizens for choosing a natural, non-toxic, relatively benign plant proven to be much safer than alcohol.
If prohibitionists are going to take it upon themselves to worry about "saving us all" from ourselves, then they need to start with the drug that causes more death and destruction than every other drug in the world COMBINED, which is alcohol!
Why do prohibitionists feel the continued need to vilify and demonize marijuana when they could more wisely focus their efforts on a real, proven killer, alcohol, which again causes more destruction, violence, and death than all other drugs, COMBINED?
Prohibitionists really should get their priorities straight and/or practice a little live and let live. They'll live longer, happier, and healthier, with a lot less stress if they refrain from being bent on trying to control others through Draconian Marijuana Laws.

Here is a Marijuana Travel Guide and Information site. I find it useful, as do others. I agree this site stinks... no pun intended.
Is Michael Miller the owner of Biotrackthc?? I thought Dr. Steven Siegel was.
haha what is this corporate shill. Tons of other sites out there that are actually useful. Try Leafbuyer or others that actually have content to navigate.
How do you contact Moving for Marijuana (213-0366) ? My family is in dire need of this new medical option. My wife has been on these dangerous M.S. medicines for too long. I have been an unpaid caregiver in Ohio for 3 years now unable to afford the move to Colorado. Hope someone can maybe lead us to getting assistance for this move. We have no support in Ohio, sent letters and made numerous calls to no momentum. Hope Bob Crouse too get what is his.
I have been using leafbuyer.com for about a year. They have deals on their site. I really have saved money this year in the Springs and Denver. I think they are based out of Denver or Boulder.
I'm hoping you're taking a professional approach to this and not just anyone with a buck to advertise
I prefer to use the locally grown cannapages.com
I work at the Colorado Springs Event Center and we are looking to doing a 420/cannabis health and wellness expo/ event in 2015. I was wondering what kind of interest there was out there and if anyone wanted to discuss this with me further... Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested

Correct. Title 18 US Code 922. While there are a couple methods of getting a concealed carry permit without having to touch a firearm, the issuance of a concealed carry permit does presuppose the possession of a firearm -- therefore, the state, by allowing the carry and therefore possession of a firearm, would be violating federal law.
"Colorado group Guns for Everyone (gunsforeveryone.com) is pushing for a state initiative that would not disallow marijuana users from receiving concealed-carry licenses. The current application asks if the gun owner is an "unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana.""
Sorry, but it is a federal law that a person who is an "unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana" cannot possess or purchase a firearm. I have seen quite a few people be turned away by firearm dealers when the people came in reeking of pot.
There’s an online, confidential user-friendly computer program at PTSDSTRESS.COM that reduces anxiety, stress and other symptoms of PTSD. Users are less anxious, calmer, more relaxed. Relief is lasting. There's no registration. No personal information is required.

Anyone with half a brain knows that all roads (state and federal) are **user-funded**. That means if you don't drive, you don't pay fuel taxes or excise taxes on oil products to maintain the roads.
Nice try, though.
THANK YOU! Audrey Hatfield for all of your selfless work on helping those in need. No one has provided more direct help to sick people in this state. Time to focus on your health. We love YOU!
Oh and look, now we can laugh as the state returns 30 million over-collected in pot taxes while the schools get 1 million of the 40 million the 64 SCAMpaign promised voters.....
Bottom line ~~Thank You Audrey! & Just take care of you!!
