want to see how marijuana law is made? behind closed doors?
A64 Task Force Meetings and Policy Session: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0cxsoWq7f0
exciting news coming in from Hickenlooper's office and from Washington, DC. Regulations are coming for A64 lounges. as i learned in boy scouts. being prepared is the key to a long and healthy outing. studio A64 is in negotiations with city officials and the task force. this is going to be more fun than a can of fire and a grease pan.
interesting how my comments have 5 dislikes and rob has 5 likes? seems anger is an energy. don't hate. love, live, laugh and learn. mom told me if people are angry at ya, chances are you're doing something right. i wish club 710 the best. the world is a big place. enjoy it. or be a hater and click the dislike button. it's kinda funny in an way. : )

Tee jon, do you always make things up as you go! Get off the stereotype hype.
Tech: ...and, if given a choice, which would you rather have on the road?
You can tell the drunks from the stoned...the drunks speed and weave, the stoned are barely creeping along and have an amazed look at teh wonder of moving at all.
Yes, it would fail us because if a MMJ patient is in an accident, the insurance companies will try to settle before any tickets are resolved and the patient will lose out on the settlement and be found neglegant. It has happened to me before with just an erronous fail to stop ticket that I shouldn't have been given, so what would prevent the insurance companies from saying that we are inpaired, and therefore, they don't have to pay our claims?
says Waller — his suggests a "permissive inference" limit. Basically, that means the accused would have the option of proving to the court why they weren't impaired
Guilty until proven innocent. The government fails us again...
if they already have impaired driving laws on the books, why on earth do we have to add another one?
The presumption that thc in ones system indicates intoxication is incorrect and has been proven an invalid measure already.
Leave it to the lawmakers to keep making laws... even if we don't need them.
the time has come. prohibition is waning across our nation. small (and big) business is stepping up and taking notes. it's an amazing moment in time. take it, watch, and enjoy. this is going to a very historical ride.

Colorado is leading the way and the moment is now. enjoy the ride. KC
I'm still waiting on my MMJ Patients Bill of Rights that states that I have the right to not be fired just for being a patient, the right to not be evicted just for being a patient, the right to drive my car and realistic standards for DUI, and the right to own a gun since I have never been convicted of a crime or institutionalized for mental illness. I am a tax paying American citizen and I deserve these rights! I was almost fired because I wrote a letter to the CS Indy. I don't go to work under the influence, but because they are a non-profit, they say they have to follow Federal Law. When is the Federal law going to match our State Amendment 20, and when are my State Reps going to give us these rights instead of just being concerned with the legalization and collection of the taxes and fees generated from this industry. It's time they stepped up and did their jobs! MMJ PATIENTS RIGHTS ARE NEEDED TODAY, NOT IN ANOTHER TEN YEARS!!!
Be sure to join in the boycott of Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance members. They want the feds to come to CO and bust you for your legal Marijuana.
You can find a list of members here.

The have clearly stated that they don't want Marijuana or Medical Marijuana and the associated monies, so don't give them even a penny.
historic. epic. what a week. congrats, Ali and the RMM family. glad we could be there. keep the miracles coming. KC
Hurrayyyy!!!! Congrats to Ali! This is great news! You deserved this win-- Kudos to your legal team for thumping Dan May hard, and thanks to the jury for voting with both their brains and their hearts!
Dan May-- you're fighting a battle you cannot, and will not, win. Your days of playing evil dictator are over. I've never been so happy to watch a person's career crumble as I have been to watch yours! You wanted to be Attorney General? I'd kiss those dreams goodbye. No one wants a person in office who A) Can't understand or follow the law; and B) Can't manage to win a single case against a bunch of pot smokers. I bet that really pisses you off.
Good.
Happy for Ali! Very sad that she had to go through this. Dan May, karma is coming for you!
Dan May has been getting away with harassment since he's been in office...It's our duty to let the public know about his wasteful spending habits and harassing of sick people and business owners! This must stop NOW! Dan 0 MMJ 7
Re: “Cannabiz: THC and driving (again)”
The 5 nanogram limit is utter bs. This limit was imposed under the military piss test limit. It allows discovery of usage of pot up to 18 days after inhaling or consumption. So in effect they are stating you are impaired 18 days and should never drive a vehicle anytime after usage.
Those of us who have MMJ registry face a huge risk. How long before this registry is uploaded to the computer database of the Colorado Highway Patrol and local police cruisers?
We did the right thing. We registered ourselves to gain legitimate access to our medicine and this alone threatens us. Those who decided to continue to remain under the radar will never face such a risk.
