Re: “Reverb

C'mon over baby, whole lot of wanking going on, I said c'mom over baby, who lot of wanking going on!!! God forbid anyone say that some of these bands suck- that might make them a music critic, instead of a handjob artist- Yep- maybe some articles on Burlesque- that was certainly worth a cover story...

Re: “Ridin' not-so-dirty

While Vance Degeneres did play with the band for a short while, Jonathan Pretus (pictured) is their high-energy young blast of fresh air guitarist. JP is also younger and a bit shorter than Vance... ;

Re: “Ridin' not-so-dirty

Great article. Vance Degeneres did play with the band briefly; however, Jonathan Pretus (pictured)has been playing with the band for a while now and has brought a young, fresh energy with him to the stage. He's much younger and a bit shorter than Vance, too... ;)

That's a great tip about thinking visually for any kind of writing. It also helps if your words stimulate the other senses (this is the kind of tip I feature on my www.timetowrite.blogs.com site, and I'll be linking to this interview--thanks!).

Yeah, I got to watch the Haunted Windchimes in Honolulu...the rocked the Dragon Upstairs in Chinatown!!! What amazing talent! Come back soon. We love you guys.

Re: “Reverb

I had the opportunity to see The Haunted Windchimes when they toured the lower 48 last year. It was one of the best performances I've ever been to. Inaiah's ability to speak poetry through his guitar adds to the poetry of his lyrics. Desirae's vocals add the "haunted" part to the bands name, and it is not overstated to compare her talent to Emmylou Harris. Their performance is definitely an experience not to miss if you love amazing, thoughtful, meaningful music made by folks who believe in what they do. Hey Haunted Windchimes! When are you going to return east to Madison, WI and Minneapolis, MN?! Your fans are impatiently waiting...

Wow, that's sad news about Mr. Freedman- What a blow to the local music scene! I'll light a candle for him tonight.
