Great review! You had me at, "It's very sessionable at 4.1 percent ABV, but who the hell can afford to session $7 pours?" Trinity has had some great beers, but Chilly Water (when in season) for example, is up to a $9 pour! High ABV, granted, but come on man! Trinity's motto is to "Kill the Pint Glass"...but I believe that is only to make more money on a 10 ounce, high dollar pour.
I say, go to Bristol where the $4.50 Pint Glass is alive and well...and very tasty.

Still, I will say I love (though years ago now) the Belgians you had on tap. I hope you still do. Nothing like a DT draught which is so yummy.
I realize you don't recall me but I found you rude even some time ago when I could walk still at some beer outing in Old Colorado. Your saison, to me, was tasty. Still I could not even find the time to offer a smile and a hello since you were so uninspired but certainly not busy.

The Taco truck comes to my work every Thursday. Everyone at the clinic, always counts on him being there! Me especially I love the food, George and his wife Sandra always take good care of me. I have told everyone you have to try it. I recomend this fiesta grill to all and everyone. - Vanessa

Quijote's was a huge disappointment. Service was horrible and the food not much better. They could not get anything right, green chile was so bland, in fact none of the tastes were memorable in any way. My two dining companions had the same opinion. Never going back. So my advice is... Don't go!!
Quijote's is an EXCELLENT place for Mexican food~~their ceviche is to die for as are their cucumber margaritas! Everything is reasonably priced and super-delicious!
Quijote's also has amazing green chile, which you can have smothering just about anything on the menu. Oh, and the shredded beef enchiladas - yum! Oh, and the tortas, and . . . Just GO!!!!

Serving beer that they told you they screwed up with limited choices because they ran out of others. Slow to pour beer at that. Food smelled good however after drinking a piss I left.
Someone needs to proofread their menu: "dinning" (dining) and "Seasar" (Caesar). With a new/revamped eatery, it's the little things...
The local building folks need to get a clue these people require you to over-engineer everything now so costs have skyrocketed and it takes months to get anything accomplished.
Brewer's Republic and Underground are (were?) great places. However, I question their business practices based on changes made in the first few days/weeks of ownership. On day 1 they increased all drink prices by 8.25% by adding tax to the list price of any drinks. Food prices also increased. No more happy hour food specials (used to be half price pizza and appetizers until 6pm). No more buy 10 get 1 free drink cards. The lights in the Underground are like sun lamps turned to their highest levels and instead of music you get to listen to television shows. Good luck.

I'm amazed that the Independent pays for these excuses of reviews to be written by those so unqualified.
Bella's Bakery & Cafe owner Andy Schlesinger called me today with concern over how Bella's bread fared in the above Peak Place review. He said that after speaking with Peak Place's staff, he learned that they had been freezing the bread, which he advises against because indeed it dries out and crumbles easily.
"You can eat it cold or warm, but you just can't freeze it," he says. "At our shop, we butter it and throw it on the flat-top — it's delicious."
Schlesinger also said that Peak Place had been freezing it because of storage space concerns, but the two outfits came to an "amicable" agreement to have Peak Place discontinue using Bella's for baked goods.
