Re: “Is marijuana smoking really smoking when it's vaporizer steam?

Look we have ecigs and you have vape pens for hash and marijuana. Are the people goingto start getting harassment from police officers over speculation. If they're not sure just leave it alone. I think if there's a car accident or something of that nature then there's cause for alarm. But it seems like ecigs are the thing now and consumption of regular cigarettes may just possibly become obsolete.

Re: “With the recreational market open, does it make sense to be an MMJ patient?

Yes, if you are a Colorado resident and have a medical need, it is much better to be a patient. Back in 2008 when I first got my license, I had to go to Denver to find a doctor and clinic that advertised in the local gay paper to AIDS patients since there weren't any here in the Springs yet. Now, it is much easier, but your GP still won't sign for this license, so you have to go to one designated for MMJ. Stupid crap still today, and still no rights given like the right to work and not be fired for MMJ off of work hours.

(Or, if you're new to the scene, to pay a roughly $90 doctor's visit fee and $15 registration fee to get a red card, or not?) Brice, my doctor's fee was only $55 to go to a registered MMJ doctor thru my clinic, and the State MMJ fee is now $35 not $15.

"Are you kidding me" Not sure where you have been, but there are plenty of links regarding the "breach" not to mention at least 2 protests in 2013 regarding the subject. Do a google search on it.

Re: “With the recreational market open, does it make sense to be an MMJ patient?

One correction to Cliff's tax exemption comment. Although the state will except the sales tax for those that are indigent patients, the City of Colorado Springs refuses to grant that exception. Tax exempt patients will be excepted from 2.9% of sales tax that is the state portion only. The city will collect all the money they can, especially from the poor and the sick. Seems wrong to me, but hey that is how our city works.

Re: “With the recreational market open, does it make sense to be an MMJ patient?

Despite the recent Registry breach, if you a true patient, keep your Redcard! With it, you also have protection under Amendment 20 with Affirmative Defense, plus, all of the above benefits mentioned in this article. :)

Re: “Grow your own cannabis in Colorado Springs

Do it yourself hydroponics is becoming such a huge thing!

At home growing is really interesting to me and all the equipment is very costly. I have found a website that I think has good prices and good supplies, roguehydro.com

Do you have any other suggestions of where to get hydro supplies?

Re: “Is marijuana smoking really smoking when it's vaporizer steam?

I have been reading a lot of electronic cigarette reviews. A lot of people do use vaporizers to smoke hash oils and marijuana. To be honest, it doesn't matter to me as long as they keep it to themselves, no order comes out or anything.

Re: “ReLeaf: Fall 2013

I'm curious ... what do you Tea-Party jihadists teach your kids about changing things by voting? Not only about marijuana, but about anything? You need to be "weeded" out.

Re: “Here's what Colorado has decided on Amendment 64

The revolution has begun. This is only the beginning of an American industrial revolution. By law. Cannabis MUST be grown in CO (aka America.) Imagine for a moment if every gram of alcohol HAD to be made in CO. The result = billions of $ and thousands of American jobs. Mark my words, this revolution will continue. Cities that ban it now, will accept it later. They all want one thing $. America, get up, stand up, speak up, take your country back. Want to start your own Cannabis business? We do it every day. Re: “Grow your own cannabis in Colorado Springs

StudioA64.com: we'd like to thank all of our new 'ganja growers', Clint Cooper and the Indy for sharing the knowledge. Knowledge is power. Our next class will be Oct 16th @ 332 E Colorado Ave 80903.

Used to $25 1/8ths? That may not be the case when A64 takes hold in Jan. We are expecting market flux and volitility to strike. Supply and demand may force the price of cannabis higher. So get smart. Start growing now. Potential annual savings are in the thousands of $. Grow your own ganja. We'll show you how to do it right the 1st time.
