You can thank the lobbyists from CMMR aka MMIG for the assault on caregivers. Josh Stanley even testified that caregivers should have the same regulations as MMCs. He also stated that he turned growers in, pre HB1284, to the police if they came in with meds. I have it on tape from the hearing.
I dropped my caregiver status because I will not submit to the regulatory scheme. Ask the MMCs how they like it. Death by 1000 cuts doesn't feel so good. I follow and encourage everyone to follow amendment 20 STRICTLY. It at least provides you a leg to stand on in the Colorado courts. Stay safe and smart out there.

AMCS support the idea of "don't medicate and drive."
However, we agree that the limits were random, lacked research and could have easily been used to 'target' and criminalize medical marijuana patients.
In short, Mark has worked hard to try at almost every turn to 'turn back the clock' and rob Americans living in Colorado of their unique Constitutional rights granted in Amend 2o.
While we support Mark's rights to his opinion - he should not abuse his place and force his beliefs systems on those that disagree with him.
With education, we shall overcome ignorance and abuse of power.

Keep them coming and keep educating our fellow citizens about better ways to end the war on drugs and start using common sense measures to take MMJ out of the hands of drug dealers - and into the hands of highly-regulated, controled, taxed and monitored MMJ Centers.

I really like Indispensary! Recently I won a 7.9 gram cola of Great White Shark from the Bijou location. When they called I thought it was a joke- but it was real! I pretty much ran down there and got my cola!
Besides the fact that they are so nice... (I have yet to check out their Colorado location)
they have good quality meds! I highly recommend them as a dispensary who cares and provides patients with great meds!
My fav? Red Diesel and Mystery Wreck ; )

I really like that you are all inclusive of all our local MMJ Dispensaries. I try at least two new dispensaries a week and really enjoy the diversity that everyone has to offer. Everyone has their strengths and stuff they can improve on and I give kudos to those dispensaries with integrity and quality meds that make our community stronger.

What Dan May is doing is abhorrent. We the people voted Yes to MMJ, not this gestapo mindset. There is even case law supporting Bob. What a waste of time and money. Where is the Mayor in all of this?
