Re: “Food truck cook-off starts Small Business Week off on a tasty note

The venders need to be better prepared. With like 300 servings ready to go as opposed to starting to cook when everyone gets there. The lines were horrendous last year.

Each one of them that used mustard needs to leave it to taster to add. (most of you were heavy handed with it).
