No offense but these are all friends or relatives. I have NEVER seen that many reviews all come in at once on the same day. Some of them late at night? And a comment about chili cheese fries?
Whats wrong with Chili Cheese Fries???
This dude mad cause he has no friends or family that like him!!!
Go try the food before you judge!!!

This coming from a family member and one that assisted in some of the recepies, wants to thank all the ones who TRUELY came through wether it be once or more than once to try Sanchos food. We cannot force anyone to comment on the food wether it be good or bad, not everyone will enjoy it and that we are fine with. BUT...for the ones that have not been through to at least try and and only go off of ratings in a paper should either 1 try it for themselves or 2 hate all they want. We do appriciate any feed back and are pleased to serve Family, Friends and the community. Thank you!

Who cares if its friends and family making some of the comments. That'd obviously because they eat the food & know what's up so for those sitting there making negative comments get of your a$$es n go Get some food and try it so you can shut that hating down... Don't hate on us small businesses because we support our people instead of the of the people who have to step on us to make a name for themselves

What it comes down to is some people enjoy it and some dont...what i know is i drive all the way from cripple creek to eat at sanchos...i didnt know the owner from adam and he acted as though we were friends from the past...he also treated my mother with the upmost respect...i say try it and see what u think....i give it five stars.. :) I am very happy with the food as well as the service...

They have the best Green Chile in town and some bomb ass tacos!!!

It would seem that Sancho's family and friend's reviews had exactly the opposite effect of what they were obviously trying to accomplish.

All these reviews were written within a couple days and with the highest rating possible? The Indy really needs to re-evaluate posting "reviews." They mean absolutely nothing when, as in the case with this restaurant, they are obviously written by friends and family, it's almost funny. It is a waste of time reading peoples' "reviews" when they are aren't legitimate.

The food is great and the gentleman who owns and operates the establishment is very friendly. He even offered to deliver breakfast to the body shop I work for in the mornings. I look forward to them expanding to a bigger restaurant. This small location packs a big punch. Thank's Mr. Sancho for the good Colorado style Mexican style food and the awesome coffee you served me. Give the Avocado Pork Burrito a try or the Bacon Wrapped Hot Dog smothered in green chili. If you like coffee try the Organo Gold Coffee he sells. It will definitely wake you up and has a good flavor.

Food was great ... just like the great meals I had in the Abacos! His conch fritters are to die for and the seafood and smoked meats are outstanding. His homemade BBQ sauce really enhances the flavor of his food. I'll be a regular customer to Three Delights!

Terrible!! My family and I ate there two days ago and the food was old and dry. Everything was cold and and rubbery. The day after we dined there, my daughter and I got sick.

I love Sancho's, it is one of my favorite places to eat here in Springs and I dont go to too many mexican restuartants here because half of them are not homemade. I dont even have to wait long to get my order either. Once you try it you will keep going back!

I LOVE Sanchos, their breakfast burritos are amazing. They even deliver to us at work...convenient!! I love their green chile cheese fries. I could eat there everyday! lol Whoever hasnt tried Sanchos, needs to!!!

Great food - Amos does it all himself and he clearly cares that his customers are pleased by his food. This place is hard to see from the street, but simple to find; its nondescript exterior hides a treasure inside. You are missing out if you skip this!
* Food - authentic, scratch-made, flavorful, and unique
* Value - very good value - inexpensive meals abundant, the most expensive items reflect expensive, fresh, or hard to get seafood and meat
* Service - attentive and friendly service from a one-man shop - surprisingly fast considering the quantity and variety of food!
* Ambiance - a very clean and bright diner with original photos on walls and island music in the background - non-disposable tableware for dining in
* Alcohol - no, darnit - this food is aching for a cold beer on the side - if you MUST have one, get your goodies to go.

I don't think this helps the cause. I'd love some good real Mex food in this town but this is not the way to push it down our throats.
