Re: “Hear Here

This venue is the warmest most peaceful LOVING place to be. Where people of all age's, race, gender etc come together for the love of art and expression. Where you feel welcome at ease to pour out your heart and soul and not be judged. Everyone is treated with kindness and respect. Josh the owner is most hospitable and very much a great poet himself. Luke! The host of the 719 events is so full of passion for people. His heart is bigger than his body. Creating a feeling of family and community support. You can not leave there without your spirit being fed. Thank all of you!

Re: “Hear Here

A great event for all ages. No handcuffs for artists, just a place where people can be heard, share and listen. They (Poetry 719 on facebook) do a food/clothing drive to help support those in need.

Re: “Hear Here

A great place to grab a meal or snack, to nurture your soul or nurse your hangover. Josh (owner) is friendly and very hospitable.

Re: “Seth Glier

Great Show! The loft is a great place to listen to music. Seth Glier was fabulous and I recommend this musician as a must see because of his playing and songwriting ability.

Re: “Hungry Farmer 32nd Musicians Reunion

Went last year at Stargazers (it was my birthday) and it was a blast! Could not believe the talent of these folks and the variety of music they play. I'm going tonight to start my birthday celebration a few hours early! Can't think of a better way!!!

Re: “DS7

While this band does play R&B, they are a rock band...they are just so versatile that any label you place on them, would be accurate, be it Rock, R&B, jazz...etc.

Re: “Jeffrey Alan Band

Saw the Jeffrey Alan Band at the Mill Hill Saloon on Sat nite Oct 22. Had a really great time listening to them. I would go see them again wherever they are playing, and bring some friends to enjoy them as well.

Re: “Ormao Dance Company Fall Concert

Ormao is THE professional modern dance company to see in Colorado. I've never missed a show.

Re: “Ormao Dance Company Fall Concert

Modern dance that embraces humanity and generates memorable images that touch the core, Ormao continues to bring original, fresh choreography to the theater that all can connect and relate to their own lives and loves. Too infrequent to miss any of their concerts!

Re: “Colorado Springs Independent presents the Inaugural Indy Music Awards Festival

Hey Bill - is there access to a schedule of some sort so that we can see who is playing on what stage and when?

Re: “Intersections Film Festival

These beautiful films are compelling and enlightening. Curious, community-minded, creative, compassionate, and cognizant individuals will all find something to appreciate in these films and discussions. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to come together as a community to discuss displacement in our own back yard, an issue that extends beyond war, famine, or politics. Think about it -we all know someone who's displaced geographically, socially, culturally, physically, or spiritually. You'll never be able to rent these movies on Netflix, so here's your chance.
It's free; come satisfy your curiosity!

Re: “"Create Your Own Burlesque Act"

This workshop changed my life. If you look back at our family pictures prior to my attending the workshop, you rarely ever see me. My children even asked why they had no pictures of me. Since the workshop, I have found a creative outlet and my self-confidence has blasted off, AND my family has lots of pictures of me, with and without them. Thank you Spitfire, Sparkle, and Bee!!! <3 XO ~Ida Claire
