Re: “Evergreen Cemetery Guided Lantern Tour

I went on the tour last month and thought that it was worth every bit of the $10 to attend. The guide was very knowledgable and very informative and I learned so much more about Colorado Springs in that 2 hours than I had known in the last ten years. The Evergreen Society did a great job putting this tour together!

Re: “Canna Caregivers

I love this dispensary. Mindy is top notch Budtender/Manager and is always willing to take the time to answer questions. My wife and I have been going there since Feb when we got our cards. Their Canna Creations edibles are awesome. I love the brownies, Canabombs, Nibs, and The peanut clusters. Our favorite strains are Roadkill Unicorn(sat), Tranquil Elephantizer(hyb), Romulan Diesel(ind), and ACE of Spades(ind).

Definitely worth checking out. The volunteers were friendly and knowledgeable, and the post is a great place to connect with other vets. It's the oldest and friendliest post in town :)

Re: “Creekside Cuisine & Craft Beer

It is a beautiful restaurant in the midst of fun-loving Manitou, CO. The food is delicious and quit eclectic at very reasonable prices, especially given the location. The staff was on the ball and very friendly. Definitely a place I will be recommending to my friends.

Re: “Creekside Cuisine & Craft Beer

I've eaten here several times. Pizzas, BBQ pork sandwich, street tacos, fried pickles, fresh potato chips, and local craft beers were all delicious. Service was friendly. Thank you for re-opening such a beautiful location by the creek. I look forward to being part of your growth.

Re: “Ritz Grill

We just had our wedding reception at Ritz Grill and I can't even begin to find words for the service, food, and the entire amazing experience. From the time we met Amberdawn and began scheduling our reception, to her incredible team that took care of our party on the night of our reception - everything was PERFECT! Riley and Christy (our bartender and server) were loved by everyone in our party! They took great care of everyone (and Christy makes GREAT drinks!), and above all else, all the kids that were in attendance were treated like royalty as they sat up at the bar, ordered their "drinks," and chatted with the bartenders. The food was delicious and loved by everyone, and Riley knew who had food allergies, and what they were before we even had a chance to confirm everything with him. If you are looking for a cool atmosphere, amazing food and service, and to top it off - AFFORDABLE - Ritz Grill is as great as it gets!

Re: “Canna Caregivers

I've had nothing but good experiences with this (and it's sister store) for a few years now. Even with the changes, to staff and store, I have had a great time shopping here. I strongly suspect the bad reviews are rival stores/people with vested interest in them, because these people are f-ing amazing; they know their strains, effects, flat out honest about potency and quality. I can't even imagine someone having an experience like the negative reviews here describe. I've spent alot of time in that store, and I'm highly critical in general. I've never seen anything like what these bad reviews describe happen in these two stores. Do not get it twisted, I'm a genuine long time customer but I am in no way affiliated with this store, I got nothing for writing this, no one asked me to, no one told me this was here, I just found it and wanted to respond with some actual customer honesty to the BS negative reviews. -Sgt. Re: “Heal Our Schools

AWESOME documentary!! FILM MAKER Laurie Gabriel will debut a documentary that illuminates what could happen if teachers were given a say in how children can best be educated. It shares suggestions on HOW to SAVE OUR SCHOOLS, and get the TRUST back!

Re: “Borriello Brothers - 8th

I came here for the first time and expected the worst after reading all the reviews. To my surprise I got excellent service. The cashier was very polite, explained the menu, recommended side dishes to go with our pizza because I had a large order for our company. While I was waiting I noticed how helpful he was, he took orders for customers to their car and when he was helping the cooks he always washed his hands first (that was super important to me). I was very satisfied and will always come back.

Re: “Sidewalk's End Montessori School

Sidewalk's End Montessori is an absolutely fabulous school! The heart of every school is its teachers and Sidewalk's End's are top notch. Led by Ms. Lynne, who has won community awards as an outstanding teacher, the team of instructors is motivated, kind, intelligent, loving, and actively engaged in your child's learning. Together they have decades of teaching experience and many have Master's degrees in addition to special instruction on teaching/leading the Montessori method. My oldest children attended Sidewalk's End for the entire three years we lived in Colorado Springs. My oldest graduated from Sidewalk's End and attended our local elementary school this year. She excelled in every area, due to her great foundation established at Sidewalk's End. I could not be happier as she continues to be excited to go to school every day. My other daughter was lucky enough to continue at Sidewalk's End this year where she continues to grow and learn at her own pace and focusing on her areas of interest. She is happy, bright, and socially adjusted. She also loves going to school each day! As a military assignment takes us away from the area, this school will be one of the things I miss the most. I cannot say enough great things about Sidewalk's End. You will love it!
