    In going to war against Iraq, President Bush proclaimed Iraq, Iran and North Korea an "axis of evil," and told us that Saddam and his weapons of mass destruction were grave threats to America. Nearly four years later, no end is in sight to the bloodshed, or to the costs of occupying Iraq.
