How stupid could those homebuyers be? Haven't they ever heard of the "Love Canal"? How about the banks and mortgage companies that handed out the mortgages, I'm sure that in a few years they'll be sitting on those homes. Oh well!!

Rich, hope this helps ease the pain. On my way to work one day I found a cat lying in the middle of the road not far from our home, I stopped my car only to find out that it was my daughter's cat. My daughter loved this cat so much, she saved it from a flood, and I didn't know how I was going to break the news to her. I knew that I had to take it back home to be buried so I wrapped it up in one of my shirts that I was going to take to the laundry and laid it carefully on the back seat. As I was driving up the driveway to our home there was my daughter's cat, sitting on the front stoop, I swear that she was laughing at me. This is a true story.

Having Palin run for President would be the best thing for the democratic party, they could have Mickey Mouse run against her and she would still lose. I really don't think that she will become more intelligent by 2012.
