While I was stationed at Ft.Carson 1991-2001, I met Lottie & Hedwig on 3-4 occasions thru a mutual friend. At one point,I even arrainged for my Army unit to help maintain the property on a saturday doing yardwork and routine property maintence. It is sad to see what has become of a shoe salesmans dream for his family and his artwork made of, in some cases, steel scrap and old truck brake drums. The assholes who complained, for the most part, knew what was in the neighborhood when they moved there. If people ownly knew.
