MmmmHunger, thirst and a desire to inspire has never surfaced in such a fashion as in this article. Not that I am biased, but the article hits a nerve and succinctly describes the soothing yet vibrant atmosphere, lush yet simple dcor and savory yet simple selection of beverages and foods served up at Agia Sophias Coffee shop and bookstore in Old Colorado City. I currently live in Baltimore, MD but as a former resident of Colorado Springs and frequent business traveler throughout the U.S. Europe and Asia I have not found a better place to relax and socialize and even conduct business then Agia Sofias. The author of this article truly has painted a beautiful silhouette of the soul of Agia Sofias in Old Colorado City, CO.
