It's going to be interesting when the case actually goes to trial. Armstrong's group is going to have to defend dozens of briefs which are based sheerly on fictions. I wouldn't be surprised to find much of their case dismissed as "frivolous."

Udall is definitely one of the brightest stars Colorado has sent to Congress, and would be an excellent addition to the Senate. My guess is that both Salazars would agree.

I agree that Rep. Lamborn is troubled--very troubled indeed--but I would suspect other causes than the one he stated. However, I have the same suspicion about most Republicans these days.
