Judging from the Gazette's refusal to consult a dictionary or AP grammatical rules before publishing, I'm guessing the editor was let go during the first round of lay-offs?
Guess they didn't have a problem with him operating heavy machinery in woodshop while under the influence of Xanax or Valium? I'm sorry this kid is going through all of this. We finally get a kid who WANTS an education, who WANTS to better himself, but let's boot him and keep the little bastards who are disrespectful and take having an education for granted. This MMJ patient is at least putting forth the effort, something I wish I could say many of his classmates did. Despicable.
The "Peoples' Republic of Boulder" is a laughing-stock throughout the rest of the state for exactly this reason. This jurisdiction has too much money and time, but not enough common sense to balance it all out. The rest of us in this state wonder what led the residents to allow themselves to become such pathetic lemmings. I must ask..... "Would you like me to send you a Chinese flag now? That way you can start showing solidarity and a lack of willing independence with your tail between your legs a little sooner. Even Poodles aren't as sissied as most Boulder residents are." You really are the "trail mix" along the Front Range.
