Re: “Arabian slights”

I thought this review was overly harsh as well. I've been very impressed by both the food and the service at Arabica Cafe. Friends who are originally from the Middle East have told me that the food is as good or better than what they can get at home. I think a restaurant's staying power has less to do with the kind of food they serve, and more to do with the quality, and in that case, Arabica will be around for a long time.
