It's funny how you say that passing this bill is playing God. Before modern medicine all health issues were in God's hands. Now we've created drugs and procedures that can alter the sex of a human, prevent a pregnancy or even terminate (aka flush out) the pregnancy......hmmm sounds more like playing God than this bill does.
