Mr. Steve Bartolin is 100% correct. This city, especially Colorado Springs Utilities, is spending far too much on labor. How many people are employed there? What is the average pay rate? How many people are making six figures? Far too many. The citizens of Colorado Springs pay for this. I for one think Mr. Bartolin is on to something.

TABOR must go away! The man who wrote it, "Don't steal my thunder" Douglas Bruce, IS a hated man in this state for a reason. Not just because of TABOR, but his truly awful personality. Repealing TABOR must happen soon for Colorado Springs to be the truly great city we all know it can be.
