Too bad they pre-chop the brisket and leave it sitting in a bowl so it's easier for them to plate, instead of slicking and chopping it fresh off the brisket per order. They say it's to make sure the customer gets consistent quality; the best part of the brisket. Yet if you order sliced instead of chopped, you get raised eyebrows and they are forced to slice it fresh off the brisket. Sauce is great.
