Today my family and I went to the Fire House Grill and it SUCKED ! First of all we were seated then it took awhile for them to take our order, secondly it took forever for us to recieve our meal approximately 45 mins and one of the orders was served to the wrong person. My children had not recieved their meal at all. The order my wife and I had was cold the fries were soggy and not at all freshly hot. I then asked for the manager and said I refuse to dine and pay for the partial order and uneaten food. They could of had shown some courtesy to inform us of a long wait. We had a long day and it seemed like a nice place to have some BBQ style food.
