Larimore Nicholl......your letter was right on target!!!

I would bet the farm that the guy who complains most when his street doesn't get plowed after a snowstorm is the same guy who votes down every single tax increase!!! My yearly property taxes here are about half what my MONTHLY taxes were in the last city I lived in!!! You can't run a city with no funds!!
