Thank you Ron Green. Unfortunately, there continues to be people that have buried their heads in the sand when it comes to Obama's birth. they will NEVER be satisfied unless they are shown the placenta remains buried on the island of Oahu.
Unfortunately asawatcher, civil discourse is a thing of the past. When Pres. Obama supports or passes laws that the Republicans supported in past years, then they, (the Republicans) continue to crucify the President and Congress it shows not only their stupity, but their narrowmindness and angst because it (laws) didn't pass under their watch. I've never seen a group of old men act like children eating SOURGRAPES!
I agree with KyleS too about the quality of letters. If I wanted to read tea-bagger crap and such, I would be subscribing to the Gazette.
Frankly, I'm more concerned on when the "doughnut hole" will close than if Obama was born in the US or not. Don't you think it's about time to focus on something more important. If there was ANY inkling that he was NOT U.S. born, do you think he would've been elected? Wake up people. Give the birth certificate issue a decent death.
Reading these comments read like a typical post on Yahoo.com news stories. There sure are some fear-mongering, ill-informed people here in the Springs.
Wish we could take Douglas Bruce, TABOR, and certain members of the City Council and County Commissioners and ship them off to.... Hmmmm... I would say Antarctica but with all the gas between Bruce and LR, the continent would melt from global warming. Gas, yes, and unending, ever renewable source of gas. I'll take 10 gallons of high octane Bruce
As always, only Rich has the #@lls to really say what needs to be said. Thank you Rich and good job.
