Wow I am rich, unless of course you take into account my charitable contributions, then I am not. You'd be better off ranting about a lack of transparency in our city's budget and its budgeting process. I think folks in Springs are really reasonable and if you lay out a balanced arguement you get reasonable results. How about reducing our federal taxes and the asking for an exactly matching local tax increase?
