There are more legal actions going on with Neva Nolan, published in the Gazette on 9-20 & 27 and 10-4,11, and 18th. I have a call in to one Tanya T. Light, Asst Attorney General to find out what this is all about. My mother is one of her victims for the pre-need arrangements. $4,070 was paid & my mother has recieved $5.00 in restitution. I attended her parole hearing in Jan. 2009 & she claimed that she neeeded to get out so she could repay the people however, she testified in court that she had been scammed in a Nigerian sweepstakes & the money was gone. She was DENIED parole. It is my understanding the next parole hearing is scheduled for March 2010.
