Another example of the government playing loose and slick with YOUR money. A full 3/4 of my home tax goes to School District 11, and I don't have any children! A Market Adjustment, indeed!!! Sandra Mann is up for re-election to the D11 board next month, and it looks like she is bedded down with the administration.. .the same administration she is paid to watch over, and examining their "questionable" expenditures, surely which this is!! Shame on you Sandra!! And not adhering to policy? These are the same people who are in charge of the Risk Related Activities Fund, which is HUGE, since the District is self-insured, according to their website. If they throw salary money around, what keeps them from doing the same and "skimming" off the self-insurance fund without anyone overseeing, or in the case of Ms. Mann, actually condoning the practice? Come on TAXPAYERS, a revolt is necessary. Is this what 2C is all about? I think so!
