To Mr. Wixson, boo-hoo so you didn't get to watch your favorite TV program. It isn't like this wildfire was in the middle of nowhere in some far-away state. It was in our backyard and it quite possibly could have forced your evacuation. I doubt Days of Our Lives or the Price is Right would have informed you it was time to leave.

Re: “Ritter won't run again”

I really like Gov. Ritter. The fact that he stood up to his own party and disagreed with them on a number of issues told me that he was a man with character and integrity and not beholden to special interests. The GOP seemed to oppose him no matter what, even when there was common ground. I appreciate the job Gov. Ritter did for our state.
