Love the atmosphere. Very Southern. Food is pretty good. Great drink specials and occasional live music. Shrimp poboys and oysters is what I recommend

In my opinion, Bluestar offers dishes that cater to a delicate palate in a casual dining atmosphere. A bit pricy but enjoyable meals that wont break you like more expensive options that will leave feeling hungry. I enjoy the chef specials from main dishes to desserts.
Im old school and grew up in South Texas & Louisiana where BBQ is made with pride. I enjoyed the flavor of the Brisket but it was a bit dry. However; the sauce is excellent and moistened it right up. Sides arent great but will do for Colorado. Chicken is a lil above average. I will return for more.
