Re: “Noted: Jerald Day pleads insanity

I knew Day and from what I know and remember of him is that he's a good guy going through tough times. I agree, he should be suspended with pay until he has his day in court. I have no idea on why Jerry flipped, but it is unusually usual for the Maketa Mafia to stand behind him. That's mighty chivalrous of Maketa. From what I understand Day was going through trouble well long before this last incident. Their is also the "suspicion" of the Maketa-Day connection...that could be! Just remember folks, Maketa is losing all the political friends he had, look at Newsome...yeah that was a good friend to stand by! As time passes, the truth will be revealed about a lot of things from within that Office since Anderson left. But by then, no one will care and it will be just another SNAFU day in El Paso County, Colorado.

Re: “Star treatment

Dean Kelsey is not above reproach! He lies to save his own skin. I know form personal involvement. Grayson is just as much a man of many inside Departmental Jokes. But, I give Maketa credit! He looks the part, walks the part and has a lot of people sold. The only thing that's missing is the one thing that nobody can see..."thinks the part!"

Re: “Maketa campaign reveals investigation involving opponent

Unfortunately, the true colors of Terry Maketa will show when he's in third term. The public needs to take the article by Pam Zubeck for its value. There is a lot of validity to that story I've come to know.
