If I get a craving for raw food, Martine's collection of recipes would be the first place I would look. She is a talented, smart young chef who deserves attention. The influence of her father and brother are obvious in her "cooking" and she reflects the enthusiasm and earthy-ism of the environment in which she was raised. If the Today Show knows what it is doing, they need to bring this young woman to New York!
