I think it's time we had the state's attorney general look into the springs utility operation.
I believe they are under handed, corupt, ruthless, orginazation that is getting away with murder each an every day.

I think it's a marvelous idea, especially for darkened culdesak's or entrances to restricted
areas, or H O A Residents, community. To ade in security at night.
