In regards to beers seeming a little flat, that's a problem with some of the other breweries as well and is because they are mistakenly putting all their beers on nitrous instead of just the stouts and other appropriate styles. This is why their beer is flat, but they do it because it's the hipster thing to do. Trinity and Bristol are the two places I won't go to because of this. Their brewmasters should probably get a proper education in brewing and carbonation.
And how many of those will still be open next year because of their crappy hours?
My family tried to go to three separate locally owned restaurants the other day between 8:30 and 9:00 and all three were closed. We ended up having to go to a chain.
It's not as obvious as you would think. There's a lot of people still running around our neighborhood and not cancelling outdoor sports games during thunderstorms. Not sure which area of the country these brilliant people are from but I'm guessing it begins with a C and ends with a alifornia.
