I have to agree that Miles is out of line. My spouse works in the District and I felt like he came home one day and started talking about E&R... no warning, no nothing. I feel Miles is overpaid and has a hard time listening to the community and his employees. Is E&R and good thing? I don't know, but I know that the manner in which it is being implemented will ultimately be detrimental to HSD2.
