WOW!!! Their slogan, "Serving the best Catfish in Colorado" is an understatement. One nibble and I was hooked! I had heard that their Cajun Catfish strips were beyond belief and I had my doubts given that I've run across very few good catfish here in the Midwest. I must say, BIG Sarge's Grill has got it right. They had a regular version and a Spicy version. I had the regular and it was perfect. Not salty, just the right amount of heat, and definitely no muddy taste or fishy aftertaste. I could hardly believe it was Catfish. I've heard they have excellent ribs also but I've got to get my fill of the fish first. Simply Excellent!!!

Great article SMARTESTMAN!!! I'm still trying to figure out how you got this into The Indy, truly mind boggling. I guess I should be anxiously anticipating a strong rebuff from them in the near future because it is highly unlikely they've become willing to simply try and be balanced.
