Dat's Italian provides a great value for the amount of food that is offered. You can pay more and get better tasting food but, in this economy, I find Dat's Italian fitting in to most people's budget and taste buds. If you are looking for the best Italian food, be prepared to pay for the best. In Colorado Springs, Dat's Italian will be fine for most people. They will continue to get better and find a niche in the restaurant business.
