I notice they mention the parking for the great steel beasts. Are they also going to design this to be pedestrian, bicycle and scooter friendly. It looks like it is just another city mall with streets and parking going around it. If the street between the open (garden?) space was eliminated it would have more of a pedestrian feel where you could have events as part of the project (neighborhood) without a road running between it.
