I must say, I was a bit dismayed at the opening quote of your article. I find it interesting that the many employees that helped build Marzio's and were then paid with bad checks are the "bad" employees the manager was referring to. I certainly hope that this manager understands who he is representing when he makes such accusations. The owner of Marzio's is verbally and physically abusive as well as offensive and did nothing to contribute except playing video games. These "bad" employees, who the manager is offending, were paid with bad checks and never compensated for their time. I only hope the experience of the many "bad" employees does not happen to this manager. There is a reason why this restaurants start is bumpy, this reason is the owner. This owner is trying to leave town to avoid the many debts he has accumulated with the opening of this restaurant. If I were this manager I would be careful what I say and make sure that I was getting paid or I might become a "bad" employee myself.
