Its not a pressing issue, since we have an economic mess on our hands, but as I see it.
One Senator could simply put forward a bill to take:
"Take Marijuanna (Cannibis) off of Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act"
See, this is the probelm, its a violation of federal law, and its not being enforced or is in some matters. This is one we need to correct. So, for many its out of controll also. I mean, when you get more dispenseries than Starbucks and everyone gets a MMJ license, wheres the control in that?
I was on NORML and we know we have to fix this problem. The States, like Colorado are attempting to fix this, but look whats going on. thanks for the comments
This is my central argument against Buck N' Bennet. Ken Buck is a DA and Bennet won't take a stand on anything. Period.
I was on the law committee for NORML at WSU in 1976.
This is a minor issue, we have a two party system that is totally out of control.
We need to : Stop the Insanity, Fix the economic mess and End the Free rides.
thanks for a great article, and comments. Keep it going.
I served for six years in the Air force, and I grew up in a military family. I suffered a TBI and PTSD and know that it takes years to recover. I know 4,000 will be returning from the occupation and time in Iraq and Afghanistan. They need our support.
I am glad the VA is moving forward. I am sure General Edwards, of Colorado Guard and VA, and the Yellow Ribbon program, is taxed by the onslaught of soliders and vets seeking services. Not enough can be done as far as I am concerned.
I would NEVER reduce these services and will FIGHT to increase these services. We know the value of these services and honor those who served and are serving.

Hats off to you.
