Mr. May started digging his grave over a year ago when he filed a citizen's complaint against a local dispensary. Then he lied to people saying marijuana made people violent in a live debate on TV - among other slanders and accusations about marijuana last September. Most recently, he's has been whipping the "out-of-touch bandwagon" by claiming the system is made of fradulent doctors and that patients are scamming the State.
Clearly Dan and his Office are not protecting the patients they swore to serve when they swore to protect the Colorado Constitution. Bob's jail sentence protects no one except the Prosecutors and no crime was committed to persue a senior citizen near the end of his life. A serious waste of resources for our law enforcement and judicial systems. Shame on you Dan May.
Dan May, go Away. Don't come back another Day. Rob Corry is about to chew you up and spit you out on this one.
HP Corporate Trainer as a drug dealer? Yeah right.
Scary... Waller + May = Trouble.
Bill Smith has been through enough. This is a child who is being denied his educational right because he's sick. Now, he's being denied his right to health in Amendment 20. The school district is basically telling Mr. Moore his son can't go to class if he uses MMJ to rescue himself from convulsing attacks. The alternative is a kid out of school, looped up on opiates, xanex, and valium. What the HELL does "INTERNAL POSSESSION" mean to the school anyway?
When Cheyenne Mountain kids get away with Herion use, Sierra High School is simply torturing a child with thier policy. Districts need to focus on real drugs that cause real problems, not teenage mmj patients who need thier medicine. It's not his fault that science has yet to invent a drug that can match the relief cannabis gives to SO many. We passed Amendment 20 for kids like him, not to make criminals out of convulsion patients.
Maybe he learned the truth that MMJ didn't cause his daughters to do what they did. After all, there are still 0 deaths from marijuana use. Glad to see social awareness moving forward, good riddance Mr. Wind.

Heres a local issue we should all support for the next month. With California being brave enough for prop 19, Colorado should fight for the rights of patients. 1A is another example of government sticking its legislative fingers where they don't belong. Kudos to Bryce for following this, we have a right to be informed. vote no on 1A!
